By car

Belgium

Brussels Expo is easy to reach by car from anywhere in Belgium. On the Ring Road around Brussels (R0) take the exit n° 7a EXPO and follow the EXPO signs.

This exit takes you directly to Car park C (Chaussée Romaine) which has 10.000 parking places. The exhibit halls are just a few feet from there.

Holland

From Breda Breda (E19) or from Eindhoven (E34) go towards Antwerp. On the Antwerp Ring Road (R1) take exit n° 5 "Brussel". Here you can choose to go:

  • via E19 (Antwerp - Mechelen - Brussels)
    At the end of E19 take the Gent road (do not take the road to Brussels or Liege) and follow the EXPO signs. You will get to the Brussels Ring Road (R0), where you take exit n° 7a EXPO.
  • via A12 (Antwerp - Boom - Brussels)
    At the end of A12 take the exit n° 2 EXPO and follow the EXPO signs.

From Maastricht you can take the E40 towards Liège/ Luik. In Liège continue along E40 towards Louvain/Leuven – Bruxelles. At the end of E40 take the Ring Road around Brussels (R0) towards Expo – Gant (E40). On the Brussels Ring (R0) take exit n° 7a EXPO and follow the signs to EXPO-Car park C.

France

From Paris take A1 towards Lille. Then take A2/E19 Cambrai – Valenciennes – Mons – Brussels. On E19 at Nivelles continue straight on the West Ring around Brussels. On the Brussels Ring road (R0) take exit n° 7a EXPO and follow the EXPO signs.

From Lille take A22/E17 towards Tourcoing – Kortrijk/Courtrai – Gent/Gand. Continue along E17 to the Gent exchange. Then take the Brussel/Bruxelles direction (E40). At the end of E40, take the Ring road around Brussels (R0) towards EXPO – Zaventem (airport)-Liège/Luik (don't go straight towards Brussels). On the Brussels Ring take exit n° 7a EXPO and follow the EXPO signs.

From Nancy/Metz take A31 towards Thionville and then A3/E25 towards Luxembourg – Bruxelles.

G.H. of Luxemburg

From Luxembourg take E25 towards Arlon - Bruxelles. Then take E411 towards Namur-Bruxelles. At the end of E411 take the Ring Road (R0) around Brussels towards EXPO, Gent/Gand (E40) – Antwerpen/Anvers (E19). On the Brussels Ring Road (R0) take exit n° 7a EXPO and follow the EXPO signs.

Germany

From Cologne/Köln take E40 towards Aachen - Liège. In Liège stay on E40 towards Leuven/Louvain-Bruxelles. At the end of E40 take the Ring Road around Brussels (R0) towards Expo-Gent/Gand (E40). On the Brussels Ring Road (R0) take exit n° 7a EXPO and follow the EXPO – Car Park C signs.

From Aachen take E314 towards Genk. Stay on E314 to Leuven. Then take E40 towards Brussels. At the end of E40 take the Ring Road around Brussels (R0) towards Expo-Gent/Gand (E40). On the Brussels Ring Road (R0) take exit n° 7a EXPO and follow the EXPO – Car Park C signs.

From Dortmund go towards Eindhoven - Antwerpen (E34). On the Antwerp Ring Road (R1) take exit n° 5 “Brussel”. Here you can choose to go:

  • via E19 (Antwerp - Mechelen - Brussels)
    At the end of E19 take the Ghent road (do not take the road to Brussels or Liege) and follow the EXPO signs. You will get to the Brussels Ring Road (R0), where you take exit n° 7a EXPO.
  • via A12 (Antwerp - Boom - Brussels)
    At the end of A12 take exit n° 2 EXPO and follow the EXPO signs.

By train (Belgium – Thalys – Eurostar)

From the Midi station ("Brussel Zuid/ Bruxelles Midi") there is a direct underground/metro connection (line n° 6 direction Roi Baudouin, get off at Heizel).

The Thalys trains (from Paris, Amsterdam or Cologne) and the Eurostar ( from London) arrive at Midi Station By taxi, the Brussels Midi Station is about 20 minutes from Brussels Expo (estimated price: € 20).

By public transport

The Heysel tube station is located in front of the fair entrance.
The ride from the centre of town takes approximately 20 minutes.

The railway stations Brussels South and Bockstael are located on the direct tube line 6.
From Brussels Central tube lines 1 and 5 go to Beekkant. At the Beekkant station, change to line 6 in the direction of ‘Koning Boudewijn’.

From railway station Brussels North, you take tram number 4, ‘Esplanade’ to ‘De Wand’. Change to line 23 with end destination ‘Heysel’.
Tram 51 and the bus lines 84 and 88 also drive to Heysel.

By plane

By taxi, Brussels International Airport (Zaventem) is 15 to 20 minutes from Brussels Expo (estimated price € 25). The "Airport City Express" train goes from the airport to the Brussels South Station. From the South Station there is a direct underground connection (line n° 6 direction Roi Baudouin, get off at Heizel).
